Soul Struck Tattoo is the in-house restorative paramedical tattoo studio located inside The Project of the Quad Cities (TPQC) at 4101 John Deere Rd. in Moline, IL. With every tattoo service, 20% of the proceeds goes directly to TPQC to support its programs and the community it serves.

Rooted in providing professional tattoo services, the collaboration between Soul Struck Tattoo and TPQC represents more than the integration of a specialized service, it is the intentional expansion of what comprehensive, person-centered affirming care can look like.

Our restorative paramedical tattoo studio provides access to safe, trauma-informed, affirming restoration and tattoo services without financial burden or risk of discrimination. In doing so, Soul Struck Tattoo extends TPQC’s mission beyond clinical care and advocacy into the deeply personal realm of bodily autonomy, identity reclamation, and long-term healing.
