Soul Struck Tattoo operates by appointment only. Because we are located inside a healthcare facility, we are unable to accommodate walk-in tattoos.

Finding Us

We're easy to find! TPQC shares a parking lot with Starbucks just off John Deere Road in Moline.

Free parking is available on-site. Once you arrive, enter through the main entrance of The Project of the Quad Cities, and we'll be ready to welcome you for your appointment.
