Twenty percent of every tattoo is donated directly to The Project of the Quad Cities (TPQC), helping expand access to gender-affirming and LGBTQ+ health services while making restorative tattooing available low-cost for people who need it most.

Scarring, changes to the body, and visible reminders of difficult experiences can affect confidence, comfort, and mental health for years. Restorative tattooing can help people reclaim their bodies, rebuild confidence, and move forward but these services are often expensive and difficult to access.
Through this partnership, Soul Struck Tattoo helps remove that barrier.
People who qualify can receive restorative tattooing in a private, affirming environment alongside healthcare and behavioral health professionals they already know and trust.

Tattooing since 2021, SaraEmma creates thoughtful, custom pieces that honor each client's story. Her work is rooted in the belief that mark-making on one’s body is a powerful way to honor healing, growth, identity, love, and resilience.
At Soul Struck Tattoo, SaraEmma has created a private, welcoming studio inside The Project of the Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois. Designed to feel calm, affirming, and inspired by nature, the studio offers one-on-one appointments where every client is seen, heard, and respected.
SaraEmma specializes in creating meaningful tattoos that help people reclaim their narrative, celebrate who they are, and carry their memories with them. Whether you're commemorating an important milestone, restoring confidence after life's changes, or simply bringing a creative vision to life—she approaches every tattoo with compassion, intention, and care.
